Service Discounts
• Customers who display a Lexus of Louisville or Sam Swope service emblem or license plate frame will receive a 10% discount (up to $25) off parts used during any service performed at Lexus of Louisville. This discount may be applied in addition to our own periodically published coupons. Collision Center repairs excluded.

• We will be happy to honor any Lexus dealer's service coupons.

  Alternate Transportation

• Loaner Cars Customers who purchase a new Lexus automobile from Lexus of Louisville are entitled to a loaner car if the service requires 3 hours of labor time or more (the time your vehicle is actually in our shop may be longer). We do request that you make a reservation for a loaner car so we may insure your satisfaction. You must 21 or older and we require a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and credit card.

  Rental Car Discount

• Your service advisor will be happy to assist you in scheduling an Enterprise rental car for any service visit. They are located on site in the Swope AutoCenter and you will receive a special low daily rate for Sam Swope customers. You must 21 or older and Enterprise requires a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and credit card.

  Complimentary Courtesy Shuttle

• Drop your car off for service and receive a complimentary ride to and from your work or home destination. Please inquire regarding our dealership's daily schedule so we can more readily meet your personal needs.

  Frequent Buyer Reward

• Your loyalty is rewarded at Sam Swope in the form of "Swope Bucks," good toward free service or parts, with each additional purchase in the same owner name. For example, 2nd car purchased, get $200 in free service; 3rd car purchased, get $300 in free service; 4th car purchased, get $400 in free service, up to $500 maximum with each additional purchase. Just present copies of your Buyer's Orders (dated after January 1, 2001) at the time of your next purchase.

  24-Hour Emergency Roadside Rescue

• As part of your Lexus ownership package described in your owner's manual, while your vehicle is covered under the factory warranty, you are entitled to National Roadside Assistance, 24 hours a day, anywhere in the continental United States. Call 1-800-255-3987.

  If your vehicle is out of warranty or was purchased pre-owned, Sam Swope Auto Group offers our customers free Emergency Roadside Rescue within Jefferson County. Includes assistance for lock-outs, jump starts, flat tires, out-of-fuel, and minor repairs. While not a tow service, if towing is necessary it can be arranged for an additional charge.
